Production line conveyors

Production line conveyors are systems designed for the automatic transport of materials, products, or components between individual workstations within a manufacturing line. They are widely used in industries such as electronics, food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and many others. Conveyors ensure safe, smooth, and efficient movement of products between different stages of production, helping to increase throughput and reduce overall production time.

These systems can be operated manually or fully integrated into automated production control systems, allowing them to adapt to the specific requirements of each manufacturing process. Production conveyors are available in various sizes and configurations depending on space limitations and application needs.

Depending on the production environment, conveyors may be manufactured from stainless steel, aluminium, or high-performance industrial plastics to meet hygiene, corrosion resistance, and load capacity requirements. Common types include belt conveyors, roller conveyors, chain conveyors, pallet conveyors, and pneumatic transport systems.

All conveyor systems are designed to improve production efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance the overall quality and consistency of the final product.

PCB conveyors

PCB conveyors are specialized transport systems used in electronics manufacturing to move printed circuit boards between different stages of the production process. In SMT and THT assembly lines, PCBs must be transferred safely and precisely between equipment such as screen printers, pick and place machines, reflow ovens, inspection systems, and testing stations.

PCB conveyors are engineered to ensure stable, accurate, and contamination-free handling of boards. Depending on the application, they may use belt, chain, roller, or edge-rail transport mechanisms. Many systems are equipped with sensors or vision integration to enable precise positioning and synchronization with other production equipment.

Advanced PCB conveyors may also include features such as width adjustment, vertical transport capability, buffering functions, and SMEMA compatibility for seamless integration into automated lines.

  • Increased production efficiency through continuous and reliable board transfer
  • Improved product quality through precise PCB positioning
  • Reduced labor costs and minimized handling errors
  • Enhanced workplace safety and reduced risk of PCB damage
  • Full integration with automated SMT production lines

PCB conveyors are an essential component of modern electronics manufacturing, enabling efficient, reliable, and fully automated production workflows.
