Conveyor system for the production floor

In our store, we offer the HP conveyor system and one of its components – the 400 x 300 rectangular pallet. The modular conveyor systems in our range are an intelligent combination of linear motion and highly flexible configuration options, allowing individual components to be adapted to the required function. Efficient workflow ergonomics require a properly designed production area layout, including equipment placement and a well-planned conveyor system.

Our conveyor systems feature a stable and rigid structure, as well as a modular design that enables seamless integration with other workshop or production floor equipment. A major advantage is the freedom to adjust the height and angle of transport for both upper and lower pallet lines, as well as the ability to integrate with other conveying systems.

Antistatic protection (ESD) is responsible for eliminating the risks associated with electrostatic discharge, which is particularly dangerous for sensitive electronic components. These discharges, often invisible to the human eye, can lead to extremely costly consequences, as defects may only become apparent in the finished product once it reaches the end user.

To avoid such issues, it is recommended to use equipment marked as ESD-safe. The electronics industry involves a large number of components that require precise transport and a carefully engineered production process. That is why optimal configuration of the conveyor line is so important.
