How do compact ionizers work?

Compact air ionizers are, as the name suggests, designed primarily for ease of use and operator convenience. An air ionizer is responsible for neutralizing electrostatic charges by emitting a large volume of positive and negative ions. It is important to maintain the correct balance between positive and negative ions, which is why the ionizer should be positioned above the object or surface that accumulates charge. An ion imbalance leads to the build-up of electrical charge. The compact design of our ionizers ensures comfortable operation while requiring far less space than larger systems.

Compact ionizers are characterized by a very good ion balance in relation to air consumption (minimum 15 l/min) and by a high-frequency method (68 kHz), which ensures a very high level of charge neutralization.

Which ionizer should you choose?

Compact air ionizers are used to neutralize electrostatic discharge by maintaining the balance between positive and negative ions. Choosing the right equipment depends largely on the customer's specific requirements and the type of workstation or area being equipped. The compact ionizers we offer are Panasonic devices:

  • modular dual-head ER-VW
  • compact ER-Q
  • fast point ionizer ER-V

Each of the listed products differs in design and intended application, depending on the specific situation in which ionization is required.

Panasonic ionizers

Air ionizers are products we offer and recommend with full confidence, as we are committed to delivering the highest quality solutions. Our cooperation with Panasonic guarantees access to reliable equipment that has undergone extensive testing and is capable of meeting even the most specialized customer requirements. An air ionizer significantly reduces the risk of electrostatic discharge.
