Payments and deliveries

I. Payments

1. We prefer the following payment methods:
   • for first-time shoppers - a pro-forma invoice;
   • for regular customers - transfer within 14 days.
2. The possibility of individual negotiation of the payment period depending on the size of the order is available.
3. The prices of the products are given in net amounts, to which 23% VAT must be added.
4. The prices given depend on the exchange rate according to the bzwbk.pl table bzwbk.pl - part Sprzedaż (sales)

II. Deliveries

1. Shipping costs are added to the order value in the amount:
   • Regular shipment: 16.50 PLN net
   • Cash on delivery: PLN 21.00 net
   • Transport of antistatic mats in rolls: 100.00 PLN net
   • Transport of furniture: 150 PLN net
2. The time of order completion will be extended by the time of their arrival in the warehouse.
3. In the case of unavailability of some of the goods covered by the order, the customer has the option to choose the implementation of part of the order.
4. Orders placed before 1 p.m. will be sent the same day.
5. In the case of products covered by the promotion, transport costs shall be calculated in accordance with the price list or information given on the product.
