• GATE CONSTRUCTION: The door (side columns, drive, winding shaft and bottom profile) are made of stainless steel. Smooth surface allows for thorough cleaning of the door and does not allow the accumulation of particles.
• NARROW COLUMNS: The dimensions of the side columns of the door have been reduced to a minimum, allowing the door to be installed in a limited space. A small gap in the door curtain guide allows the pressure drop to be kept to a minimum.
• SEALING OF THE CABLE DUCTS: To prevent pressure drops, the cable duct is integrated into the side column and the door's construction holes are sealed.
• DOOR CURTAIN: The door curtain consists of PVC with white safety belts, also available in different RAL colours (optional).
• LOWER PROFILE: There is only a small gap between the bottom profile and the side columns. This makes it possible to minimize pressure loss when the door is closed.
• PROTECTION: The door is equipped with an electric safety edge. A contactless leading photocell is available as an option. In addition, the door is equipped with a photocell in the door's light, which prevents the door from closing if there is an obstacle in its light.
• INTEGRATED CABLE DUCTS: Cables are placed in the side columns to ensure a flat surface and eliminate unevenness increasing turbulence. The leading photocell wires and safety edges are routed through the internal cable chain.
• WINDING SHAFT / DRIVE COVER: The door is equipped with a winding shaft and drive cover.
• FREQUENCY CONVERTER CONTROL: The MCC Vector Control frequency converter control system and optional UPS battery are housed in a compact, sealed compartment under the winding shaft cover.
• DRIVE POSITION: The drive can be located on the left or right side of the door
• CONTROL PANEL AND MAIN SWITCH: The control panel with foil keyboard and graphic display as well as the main switch are integrated in the side column.
• EMERGENCY OPENING: Automatic opening is available as an option. The UPS battery provides power to the control system in the event of a power failure. UPS errors and diagnostic messages are indicated by LEDs.
• NON - CONTACT ACTIVATOR: For quick and hygienic opening, an optional non - contact activator can be installed.
