ESD zip-lock dissipative bags measuring 150 × 250 mm are designed to store, organize, and transport electronic components and parts that require protection against electrostatic discharge. They are made from electrostatic-dissipative polyethylene film, which reduces electrostatic charge accumulation on the packaging surface.

The larger 150 × 250 mm format provides convenient protection for not only small parts but also larger components, modules, and sets used during production, storage, or servicing.

Properties Suitable for ESD Environments

The material has a typical surface resistance of Rs = 10⁹-10¹¹ Ω, and the charge decay time from 1000 V to 100 V is less than 2 seconds. These parameters make the bags suitable for use in areas where electrostatic discharge protection procedures are applied.

The bags carry quality certificates confirming compliance with PN-EN (IEC) 61340-5-1, as well as RoHS and REACH regulations. This allows them to be used in component protection systems in professional production, warehouse, and service environments.

Reusable ZIP-LOCK Closure

Each bag features a ZIP-LOCK closure that allows it to be opened and closed repeatedly. This provides quick access to the contents, allowing you to remove the required parts and secure the remaining components again.

The bags do not require heat sealing. The ZIP-LOCK closure is especially practical during parts preparation, warehouse operations, or assembly work when contents are used in stages.

Pink Film with ESD Marking

The bags are made from pink polyethylene film, 0.06 mm thick. The surface features an ESD marking and a recycling symbol, making the packaging's intended use easy to identify during everyday work.
