Fast static charge neutralization
The SMC IZF 31 benchtop ionizer provides rapid static elimination with a discharge time of approximately 0.5 seconds. Ion balance maintained at ±5 V supports stable operation in ESD-sensitive environments and helps reduce the risk of damage to electronic assemblies and precision components.
The unit features 10-level airflow adjustment, allowing the ionization intensity to be adapted to different technological processes and working areas.
Intelligent monitoring and alarm system
The SMC IZF 31 benchtop ionizer continuously monitors emitter condition and offset voltage levels. In the event of irregularities, the integrated alarm system informs the operator via an external output or a dual-color LED indicator, supporting 7 alarm types.

Maintenance-friendly construction
The device has been engineered for simplified maintenance procedures. Emitter needles are mounted directly to replaceable outlet grilles, enabling fast cleaning or replacement without disassembling the ionizer structure.
When the grille is removed, the high-voltage circuit is automatically interrupted, and the fan stops operating, increasing maintenance safety.
Two airflow configurations
