Digital Rework Station PACE MBT450 - multichannel system for advanced service operations
The Digital Rework Station PACE MBT450 is a multichannel system designed for soldering, desoldering and rework of through-hole and surface-mount assemblies, including multilayer PCBAs. Its compact design enables a wide range of service operations to be performed at a single workstation, supporting both standard and miniature components.
Advanced technology and thermal performance
The system uses SensaTemp® and AccuDrive® technologies, providing precise temperature control and high thermal efficiency. Increased system power, up to approximately 80% higher compared to previous solutions, enables effective work with large PCBs and components with high thermal mass.
The station is equipped with a TD-200 soldering iron and an MT-200 MiniTweez® micro tweezer, allowing safe handling of SMD components down to sizes 0201 and 01005. Additionally, the system includes an SX-100 desoldering tool and a TF-Ultra hot air handpiece with 700 W power, designed for advanced rework operations.

Intuitive operation and process control

Integrated memory enables storage of training materials and video instructions, supporting process standardization and operator training.
Advanced diagnostics and service functions
The system includes monitoring functions such as vacuum performance control and a desoldering cycle counter, allowing ongoing assessment of device condition and reducing the risk of failure. The integrated VisiFilter system enables quick filter replacement without interrupting operation.
