MicroCare PowerClean spray – cleaner for reflow ovens and wave soldering machines
MicroCare PowerClean spray has been developed for the effective removal of burnt flux residues and solder paste deposits (including RMA, no-clean, and lead-free) from critical components of reflow ovens and wave soldering equipment. It efficiently cleans pallets, baffles, heating elements, clamps, chains, gears, housings, convection parts, as well as STP components and transport tables. The cleaner is activated by residual system heat (approx. 45 °C), which accelerates the cleaning process and improves effectiveness.

Professional cleaning performance
PowerClean effectively deals with flux systems that, under heat, tend to char and harden – making them difficult to clean with alcohol-based solvents. Unlike IPA, which may hinder cleaning with repeated cycles, the PowerClean formula softens flux residues over time, allowing for easier removal. For best results, it should be applied to warm (but not hot) components, around 45 °C, using spray-and-wipe techniques with lint-free cloths or in ultrasonic/immersion cleaning baths.
