APPLICATION

• The software installed on a PC can be used to obtain the correct soldering profile required to install BGA chips. It is easy to use, equipped with a clear graphical interface, a program working in Windows
• Four - zone soldering profiles can now be set and saved in the memory of the computer or station and the process can be observed on a graph drawn in real time - The use of software allows us to get closer to the soldering technology used in production conditions in reflow ovens. This enables safe and effective repairs and small batch production.
