PIERGIACOMI DS-2500 K solder dispenser with tools
The ESD solder wire dispenser is a workstation accessory designed for orderly and controlled feeding of solder wire during manual soldering operations. The integrated solder guide helps keep the work area organized and reduces material loss caused by uncontrolled unwinding of the wire during soldering.
The dispenser is designed to work with solder spools weighing up to 2500 g, provided that specific parameters for wire diameter, spool width, and central hole diameter are met. Its solid and stable housing ensures secure placement on the workstation and durability under intensive use in production and service environments. The dispenser can be expanded to support a second solder spool, allowing the simultaneous use of different solder wire types. Expansion is possible using compatible PG-DS2500 and PG-DS25002B dispensers, as well as the optional DS-2500-ABD accessory.
Tool storage and ESD protection
The rear part of the housing features a dedicated holder for storing hand tools used during soldering, such as desoldering pumps, tweezers, pliers, and screwdrivers. This solution improves workplace ergonomics and provides quick access to essential accessories without leaving the workstation. The dispenser is manufactured by the well-known Italian producer Piergiacomi and finished with ESD powder coating, making it suitable for use in environments requiring protection against electrostatic discharge.
