PCB Separator SMA-10DL PIERGIACOMI
The PCB Separator SMA-10DL PIERGIACOMI is an industrial machine designed for precise depanelization of V-scored printed circuit boards. The construction of the unit has been developed to minimize mechanical stress generated during panel separation, which is essential in electronics manufacturing environments with elevated quality requirements. Process stability and repeatable settings enable safe separation of both standard FR4 laminates and aluminum-based MCPCB substrates.
The machine allows the depanelization of both short and long panels, either bare or assembled on one side. For populated boards, the maximum component height can reach up to 32 mm. The adjustment system includes three independent setting areas: the height of the reference plane relative to the blades, a guide for accurate positioning of the scored line, and a mechanical reference point ensuring repeatable panel alignment. In addition, the height of the receiving platform for separated PCBs can be adjusted, facilitating operation with assembled boards.
The PCB Separator SMA-10DL PIERGIACOMI is equipped with 125 mm diameter blades. The lower blades are motor-driven with a controlled speed adjustable from 0 to 120 rpm. The upper blade height can be precisely adjusted to match material thickness within a range of 0.8 to 1.6 mm. As standard, the machine supports panels up to 600 mm in length. With modular table extensions, it is possible to process panels exceeding 2 meters in length.
