TAGARNO MAGNUS PRESTIGE FHD digital microscope white - full system with XPLUS controller, lens and basic software
What tasks was this model designed for?
The TAGARNO MAGNUS PRESTIGE FHD digital microscope was designed for advanced visual inspection in environments where not only high image quality is required, but also result documentation, sample comparison, and fast operation without complex workstation configuration. This model is suitable for quality control as well as laboratory work and process analysis in industrial applications.
The adjustable base and a working distance of up to 335 mm allow the workstation to be adapted to different types of objects without changing the work layout.
How does the image work and why is it stable?
The system uses a Full HD camera with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, processing images at 60 frames per second. The image displayed on the monitor remains smooth and sharp even when the observed object or magnification level changes.
A magnification range of up to 660×, achieved with a 24″ monitor and an optional +50 lens, enables analysis of very fine structures. Autofocus automatically adjusts focus at every magnification level, while the option to switch to manual mode allows precise work with objects of varying depth.
Digital signal transmission eliminates quality losses caused by analog conversion, ensuring accurate reproduction of colors and details.
Features supporting quality control
The MAGNUS PRESTIGE FHD model is equipped with two integrated light sources: direct illumination and backlight, both with smooth intensity adjustment. This allows precise adaptation of observation conditions to the type of material and surface structure.
The built-in SD card slot enables quick image capture and storage directly on a memory card, without the need for additional devices. The split-screen function allows simultaneous display of the currently observed object and a previously saved reference image, making sample comparison and conformity assessment easier.
Workstation integration and system operation
The microscope is started with a single button and operates using Plug&Play technology, significantly reducing workstation setup time. A comprehensive set of interfaces, including HDMI, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, SUB-D, and Ethernet, enables integration with factory systems, monitors, and peripheral devices.
The system supports optional software, allowing further functional expansion depending on application requirements. Power consumption is 17 W, ensuring stable operation while maintaining energy efficiency.
