  • TAGARNO MAGNUS TREND FHD Microscope - general characteristics and intended use

The TAGARNO MAGNUS TREND FHD Microscope is a modern digital microscope designed for visual inspection, quality control, and analytical work in industrial and laboratory environments. The system uses Full HD technology, delivering high image quality, accurate color reproduction, and stable, smooth observation of details on an external monitor. The solution has been developed for continuous operation, where workstation ergonomics and the ability to share the image with multiple users simultaneously are of key importance.

The microscope enables observation in an upright, comfortable working position, eliminating the need to use optical eyepieces. The working space between the work surface and the camera, reaching up to 333 mm, allows free manipulation of inspected objects, including components with larger dimensions.

    Image quality and optical functions

The system is based on a Full HD camera sensor with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels operating at 60 Hz. The image is transmitted digitally via DVI and HDMI directly from the camera to the monitor, eliminating quality loss associated with analog signal conversion. The result is a clean, sharp, and stable image that accurately reflects the observed object.

A magnification range of up to 330×, achieved when using a 24-inch monitor, allows both general inspection of larger areas and detailed analysis of fine structures. The built-in autofocus automatically maintains image sharpness, while white balance adjustment enables precise tuning of image parameters to lighting conditions and the type of observed material.

    Ergonomics and team collaboration

Digital microscopes from the MAGNUS series allow simultaneous image viewing by more than one person, which is particularly important during quality inspections, process audits, and training sessions. Shared image analysis improves communication, increases inspection confidence, and supports faster decision-making. This approach is especially effective in production environments, where teamwork and rapid verification of details are critical.
