TAGARNO MAGNUS TREND FHD digital microscope white - full system with XPLUS controller, lens and basic software
A model for stable quality control and team-based work
The TAGARNO MAGNUS TREND FHD digital microscope was designed as a versatile inspection tool for industrial and laboratory applications where repeatability of observation, stable image quality, and the ability to perform joint analysis are essential. This model is selected for processes that require precision but do not demand the advanced automation features found in the highest variants of the MAGNUS series.
The adjustable base and a working distance of up to 333 mm allow the workstation to be adapted to different types of objects without interfering with the workplace layout and without the need for frequent reconfiguration.
An image that does not introduce decision errors
The system is based on a Full HD camera with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, processing images at a frequency of 60 Hz. Digital signal transmission via DVI and HDMI interfaces eliminates the quality losses typical of analog solutions, which has a direct impact on the reliability of detail assessment.
A magnification range of up to 330×, achieved with a 24″ monitor and an optional +25 lens, allows both general inspection and more detailed surface analysis without changing the system. Autofocus maintains image sharpness continuously, while white balance adjustment ensures consistent color reproduction regardless of the material type.
Ergonomics and work organization
The MAGNUS TREND FHD enables observation on a monitor in an upright position, supporting long working sessions without excessive strain on the operator’s eyesight and spine. Simultaneous image viewing by multiple users supports quality control processes, internal audits, and training sessions, enabling ongoing discussion and shared decision-making.
This organization of work reduces the risk of inconsistent interpretations and speeds up the acceptance or rejection of the inspected component.
Software and expansion options
The set includes the XPLUS controller and basic Watermark, Focus Stacking, and Ruler software, enabling image documentation, depth-of-field analysis, and on-screen measurements. The system supports optional software, enabling further functionality depending on organizational needs.
