The JBC RMS Complete Rework Station is designed as one of the fastest and safest solutions for soldering and rework of all types of SMD components. The system is intended for service, production, and laboratory applications where precision, repeatability, and full control of the rework process are essential.
The station is based on a modular design that allows individual units to be stacked vertically. This concept ensures optimal use of workspace and logical organization of tools and accessories within a single workstation.
Soldering system and process management
The RMS system uses JBC’s most efficient soldering technology, providing extremely fast heating, stable temperature control, and high-quality solder joints. Integrated sleep and hibernation modes automatically reduce tool temperature during idle periods, extending tip life by up to five times.
The station includes all features of the JBC Excellence range, such as extensive parameter customization, full process control, and the option for remote management and monitoring.
DDU control unit and multi-tool operation
The DDU control unit allows simultaneous operation of two soldering tools and is fully compatible with ten different JBC tools. This enables quick switching between tasks without reconfiguring the workstation, significantly improving productivity.
Hot air station and desoldering
The integrated JT Hot Air Station enables precise rework using controlled temperature and airflow profiles. This is particularly important for removing and reinstalling SMD components.
The electric desoldering module MSE generates the vacuum required for efficient removal of molten solder from both through-hole components and surface-mount solder pads. The process is carried out using the DR560 desoldering handpiece, ensuring high efficiency and control during service operations.
