Digital JBC NAS Rework Station, Dual-Tool - precision where micrometers matter
The JBC NAS digital rework station has been designed for the most demanding SMT soldering and rework operations. It is intended for applications where parameter stability, full temperature control and the ability to work with extremely small components under a microscope are critical.
The use of JBC’s most efficient soldering system, combined with intelligent power management, enables repeatable results while maintaining a consistently high quality of solder joints.
Dual-tool configuration for nano work
The NAS station operates in a dual-tool configuration and is equipped with the NT115 soldering handle and the AN115 adjustable micro tweezers. This combination allows two tools to be used simultaneously, significantly improving the efficiency of precision assembly and rework tasks without the need to change the workstation configuration.
The short distance between the cartridge and the grip provides exceptional tool control, even when working at high magnification. The system has been specifically designed to ensure stable and precise handling of the smallest SMT components.
Process control and tip system
The station is compatible with C115 series cartridges, developed for nano-precision applications. Digital temperature control and a menu with more than ten configurable parameters allow precise adjustment of settings to match specific soldering processes.
Intelligent sleep and hibernation modes automatically reduce temperature during idle periods, extending cartridge life and ensuring stable operating parameters over long usage cycles.
