The REECO Premium packing system 1530 is a complete packing workstation designed to streamline packing and shipping operations in warehouses, distribution centers, shipping departments, and manufacturing facilities. Built around the REECO Premium workbench with a 1530 × 750 mm work surface, the system provides an ergonomic workspace where packing materials and accessories are always within easy reach.
Its well-designed configuration combines a spacious workbench, integrated cutting system, and holders for paper and bubble wrap, enabling operators to prepare shipments quickly and efficiently from a single workstation.
Ergonomic workstation organization
The system is based on the robust REECO Premium frame featuring perforated uprights for mounting additional accessories and workstation equipment. The frame supports loads of up to 100 kg, ensuring excellent stability during intensive daily operation.
Universal roll holders can be installed on the frame to accommodate paper and bubble wrap rolls from 400 mm to 1200 mm wide. Each holder supports rolls with a maximum diameter of 800 mm and a maximum weight of 30 kg, making the system compatible with most packaging materials used in logistics and manufacturing environments.
Fast and convenient material cutting
An integrated cutter, equipped with a guide rail and a material support bar, allows packaging materials to be cut quickly and accurately. Depending on operational requirements, the workstation can be configured with either:
- Standard cutter with a single cutting blade moving from left to right
- Premium cutter with a rotary blade allowing cutting in both directions
This design enables operators to prepare the required length of paper or bubble wrap efficiently while reducing material waste and improving packing productivity.
