The REECO RACK Metal Cabinet, Horizontal 1800 provides an organized solution for mounting 19-inch, 6U rack equipment above the workbench, helping to create a professional measurement or electronics workstation without reducing valuable workspace. Its horizontal design makes efficient use of the area above the bench while keeping instruments easily accessible.
The cabinet is mounted on two adjustable support brackets, allowing its height to be adjusted to suit the workstation layout and operator preferences. Inside, ten adjustable RACK mounting profiles provide flexible installation of measurement instruments, power equipment, and other 19-inch devices.
Convenient access for maintenance and cable management
The rear cover is divided into three removable sections, making it easy to access selected parts of the installation during wiring, maintenance, or equipment upgrades without removing the entire rear panel.
A full-width cable entry located at the bottom of the cabinet helps organize power and signal cables, while ventilation openings in both the upper and lower panels promote effective airflow around installed equipment, supporting reliable operation.
Integrated safety module for secure operation
The right-hand side of the cabinet houses a comprehensive integrated safety module, including an emergency stop pushbutton, a 16 A / 30 mA AC residual current device (RCD), four S301 B16 miniature circuit breakers, and a 3 × 10 mm² terminal block. Four external 230 V / 16 A power outlets are located on the rear of the safety module, providing convenient power access for workstation equipment.
Power is supplied via a 3 m, 230 V/16 A power cable. The cabinet also features two grounding points and ESD protection, making it suitable for electronics manufacturing, testing, and service environments.
