The TAGARNO MAGNUS ZAP FHD digital microscope with the INLINE arm has been designed as a visual inspection tool for direct use on production lines, where fast detail preview without stopping the process is essential. A fixed working height combined with a long working distance enables inspection of moving parts and observation of larger working areas without interfering with the workstation layout.

The system allows observation on a monitor in a comfortable, upright position, reducing operator fatigue and supporting prolonged inspection tasks.

Production-oriented operating parameters

A working distance of 500 mm between the work surface and the camera provides unobstructed access to inspected components and collision-free operation on assembly and conveyor lines. Maximum magnification of 26× allows evaluation of detail quality, assembly correctness, and overall surface condition without the need for high magnification levels.

The image is processed at 60 frames per second, ensuring smooth observation even when the object position changes. The built-in autofocus automatically adjusts focus, eliminating the need for manual corrections during operation.

Full HD image and signal stability

The system uses a Full HD camera with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The image is transmitted digitally to the monitor, ensuring high sharpness and accurate color reproduction without quality loss caused by signal conversion. This solution enables simultaneous image viewing by multiple users, which is particularly valuable during quality control, training, and team-based analysis.

Integrated ESD protection allows safe operation with electronic components sensitive to electrostatic discharge. Standby power consumption is only 0.5 W, supporting energy-efficient operation.

Design, mounting, and operation

The microscope is equipped with an integrated controller, reducing cable count and simplifying system installation at the workstation. A wired controller can be used if required by the specific process. The VESA mount allows the camera to be installed at any position on the INLINE arm, ensuring stability and repeatable settings.

The Flex Arm INLINE has been designed for operation at a fixed height, supporting consistent inspection conditions in production applications.
