TAGARNO MAGNUS ZAP FHD digital microscope including MOVE power box and FLEX ARM ADVANCED
The TAGARNO MAGNUS ZAP FHD digital microscope, configured with the MOVE power box and the Flex Arm Advanced has been designed as a complete vision system for visual inspection directly on the production line. The solution is based on Full HD technology and enables stable, continuous real-time observation of details without image delay or loss of quality.
The system concept is focused on ergonomic observation via a monitor in an upright working position, reducing operator fatigue and allowing prolonged inspection tasks without eye strain.
Full HD image and real-time detail inspection
At the core of the system is a Full HD camera with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, processing images at 60 frames per second. This configuration ensures smooth observation even when the inspected object changes position or is moving during the inspection process.
Maximum magnification of up to 133×, achieved with a 24-inch monitor and an optional +10 lens, allows analysis of fine structures while maintaining stable focus. The built-in autofocus automatically adjusts optical settings, and the laser pointer enables fast and precise indication of the observed area.
Working range and camera positioning
One of the key features of the system is its wide working distance range from 100 to 500 mm. This allows inspection of both small components and larger assemblies without the need to change the workstation configuration.
The Flex Arm Advanced, combined with the adjustable base, enables precise positioning of the camera at the required point within the working area. The use of a VESA mount allows flexible camera installation at any point on the arm, adapted to the specifics of the production process.
MOVE module and system expansion options
The integrated MOVE module functions as a control computer, enabling the installation of optional software that extends the functionality of the microscope. As a result, the system can be expanded with image analysis tools, inspection documentation features, and integration with other elements of the production infrastructure.
The presence of a USB 3.0 interface and a design optimized for use with a 24-inch monitor at 1920 × 1080 resolution allows full utilization of the Full HD image quality in industrial environments.
