Precision Soldering Station - a tool for working with high-density electronics
The JBC CDS digital soldering station has been designed for precision soldering of electronic components, particularly on high-density PCBs and during microscope-assisted work. It is an enhanced version of the CD-2SQE station, featuring a 7-digit keypad that simplifies parameter configuration and overall operation.
The station operates with the T210-A precision handle, enabling stable and fully controlled work with small SMD components and delicate solder pads.
JBC precision soldering system
The CDS model uses JBC’s most efficient soldering system, delivering extremely fast heat-up times and stable temperature maintenance. The integrated hibernation mode automatically reduces tip temperature during idle periods, significantly extending tip life while maintaining readiness for operation.
An integrated cartridge extractor allows quick and safe cartridge replacement without additional tools. The station is compatible with over 30 C210 series cartridges in various geometries, allowing precise tool selection for specific soldering tasks.
Control, configuration and ESD safety
Digital temperature control and a menu with more than 10 configurable parameters allow accurate adjustment of the station to individual process requirements. The design meets strict safety requirements for working with ESD-sensitive electronics.
A tip-to-ground resistance below 2 Ω and tip-to-ground voltage below 2 mV RMS ensure safe handling of delicate electronic components. The station is designed for operation at ambient temperatures between 10 and 50 °C.
