The REECO dosing robot automatically positions PCBs or workpieces before executing a programmed dispensing cycle according to predefined process parameters. Users can independently adjust dispensing pressure and arm movement speed, allowing the system to be optimized for materials with different viscosities and specific production requirements.
An intuitive 7-inch color operator panel provides convenient programming, setup, and real-time process monitoring.
Precision mechanics and high productivity
The robot utilizes a four-axis motion system with harmonic drive gearboxes on the X, Y, and R axes and a ball screw drive on the Z axis. This configuration provides excellent positioning accuracy and smooth, reliable operation during continuous production.
The system achieves dispensing speeds of up to 7,200 dispensing points per hour while maintaining outstanding positioning repeatability:
