Precise control of cleaning parameters
The unit features an adjustable cleaning time from 0 to 99 minutes, along with real-time adjustment of the cleaning solution temperature and ultrasonic power. A temperature range of 0°C to 80°C enables the cleaning process to be tailored to the requirements of various materials and applications.
An integrated monitoring system continuously supervises the cleaning solution temperature. If overheating occurs, the cleaning cycle is automatically paused until the liquid cools to a safe level, protecting both the equipment and the components being cleaned. Audible notifications alert the operator one minute before the cycle ends and again when the cleaning process is complete.
