Its spacious cleaning chamber and 60 L tank capacity make it an ideal solution for manufacturing facilities, laboratories, service centers, and any environment where high cleaning throughput is essential.
The digital control system enables precise adjustment of all operating parameters, allowing the cleaning process to be optimized for different components and cleaning solutions.
Advanced process control
The unit allows the cleaning time to be adjusted from 0 to 99 minutes, while the cleaning solution temperature and ultrasonic power can be continuously adjusted in real time. The 0°C to 80°C temperature range makes it suitable for a wide variety of materials and cleaning applications.
An integrated temperature-monitoring system continuously monitors the cleaning solution. If overheating is detected, the cleaning cycle is automatically paused until the liquid cools to a safe temperature, protecting both the equipment and the cleaned components. Audible alerts notify the operator one minute before the cycle ends and again when the cleaning process is complete.
