The REECO US100 ultrasonic cleaner is a professional cleaning system designed to effectively remove contaminants from components with complex geometries that are difficult to clean with conventional methods. Complete control over the cleaning process
The cleaner allows the operating time to be set from 0 to 99 minutes, while both the ultrasonic power and the cleaning solution temperature can be adjusted in real time within a range of 0°C to 80°C.
An integrated temperature-monitoring system continuously monitors the cleaning solution. If overheating is detected, the cleaning process is automatically paused until the liquid cools to a safe temperature, protecting both the equipment and the components being cleaned.
Audible signals notify the operator one minute before the end of the cleaning cycle and again when the process is complete.
Durable construction for continuous operation
The cleaning tank, housing, lid, and optional basket are manufactured from stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and making the unit easy to clean and maintain. All metal parts are grounded, allowing safe operation in ESD-protected environments.
