Intelligent label application
A vacuum pick-and-place head handles label pickup and placement. The pickup head can be configured to match different label sizes, ensuring reliable handling and accurate positioning throughout the production process.
The robot is also equipped with an inspection camera that verifies both print quality and correct label placement on the product. In addition, it supports labeling of products assembled in panels, making it particularly suitable for high-volume electronics manufacturing.
