Complete control over the cleaning process
The cleaner features an adjustable operating time of 0 to 99 minutes, along with real-time adjustments to both the cleaning solution temperature and ultrasonic power. The temperature range of 0°C to 80°C enables optimization of the process for different components and cleaning solutions.
An integrated temperature-monitoring system automatically pauses the cleaning cycle if the liquid overheats and resumes operation once the temperature has returned to a safe level. Audible notifications alert the operator one minute before the cycle ends and again when the process is complete.
Durable construction for continuous operation
The cleaning tank, housing, and lid are manufactured from stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for continuous industrial use. All metal components are grounded, allowing the cleaner to be safely operated in ESD-protected environments.
